Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Do I need special hardware?
No. JamWaiter runs as an app on iPad, on Android tablets and on Sunmi devices. Your guests order with JamOrder in the browser, with no app at all.
What does a JamTerminal cost?
Nothing. No purchase and no monthly rental, with at least six months of use.
Does Jamatu work without internet?
Jamatu needs a connection. That is why smartphones and JamTerminals have a SIM card, and printers can have one too on request.
Is there a minimum term?
No. JamWaiter can be cancelled monthly. If you come back later, your data and your setup are kept.
