How does digital room service work?
Guests scan the QR code in their room and order via JamOrder, with no need to enter a room number. The order appears in the kitchen on the kitchen display.
Can I ask for guest information?
Yes. You can have guests enter their name and phone number when ordering. This is optional and can be set for each area.
Can the restaurant, bar and spa have different menus?
Yes. Each area keeps its own menu and workflow, with its own brand if you like. In OrderAdmin you set when each menu applies.
What does room service cost?
The JamOrder room service module has no monthly fee. You will find details and terms on the pricing page.
