Where do I find Jonida?
In JamWaiter and in OrderAdmin, in the menu of each. Jonida is available as a beta.
How much does Jonida cost?
With a subscription from CHF 16 per month, paid two years in advance. Without a subscription, you buy credits as needed: 200 credits cost CHF 29.
Can Jonida change anything without me?
No. Jonida shows you every change first. It is only carried out once you confirm.
What happens if Jonida gets stuck?
Then she hands over to our support team in the same chat.
