What does online ordering with pickup cost?
The JamOrder Pickup & delivery module has no monthly fee. Payments are billed by payment method and volume, with no fixed fee per receipt.
Can I limit the number of orders?
Yes. In OrderAdmin you set how much preparation time you need and how many orders you accept. That way you only take on at lunchtime what your team can handle.
Can I set a minimum order value for deliveries?
Yes. In OrderAdmin you set a global minimum order value in the delivery service and can override it per delivery zone. If the basket is below it, JamOrder shows a notice and the order cannot be completed. The value only applies to delivery, not to pickup.
Does Jamatu work without a fixed checkout point?
Yes. JamWaiter runs on iPad, on Android tablets and on Sunmi devices. At the truck you take payment with quick sales, without a table, using Tap to Pay via Stripe or an external terminal. On the road, the device needs an internet connection, for example via a SIM card.
Is Jamatu connected to delivery platforms?
Jamatu can be connected to Uber Eats, intended for businesses without their own delivery logistics. Other platforms can be connected if they offer an interface (API).
