Questions about hotel service
Do hotel guests need an app?
No. The QR code opens the menu in the phone's browser.
Can orders be charged to the room?
Yes, if you enable this payment method for your venue. In the end-of-day report, these orders appear as room charges. Jamatu can be connected to hotel systems (PMS) that offer an interface.
Does it also work by the pool or in the spa?
Yes. Each location gets its own QR code, and you name the areas yourself.
Can guests pay later?
With hotel service, guests pay online or charge it to the room. The open tab with payment at the end is available in the restaurant.
What does it cost?
Self-ordering with JamOrder has no licence, set-up or monthly fee. We charge payments by payment method and volume, with no fixed fee per receipt. The rate is set out in your quote.
