Scan the QR code
The QR code at the counter, at the stall or on a flyer opens your menu. No app, no account.
Order and pay
Online right when ordering, cash only if you allow it for your venue. You ask for name and phone number only if you want to.
Note the number, collect
The confirmation shows a number for collection. If you wish, guests can follow the status live on their phone.

Questions about take-away
How is this different from pickup?
With take-away, guests order on site by QR code and get their order as soon as it is ready. With pickup, they order ahead, on the go or from home, and choose a day and time.
Do I need a terminal?
Not for JamOrder: guests pay on their own phone. For orders at the till there is JamWaiter, and for guests without a phone there is JamKiosk.
How do guests know when to collect?
By the number on their confirmation. If you turn on the status display, they can follow the order status live.
Can guests pay in cash?
Yes, if you allow cash payment for your venue. Otherwise they pay online when ordering.
What does it cost?
Self-ordering with JamOrder has no licence, set-up or monthly fee. We charge payments by payment method and volume, with no fixed fee per receipt. The rate is set out in your quote.
