JamWaiter runs on as many tablets and phones as your team needs, and the subscription stays the same. We provide card terminals free of charge depending on the venue, usually up to two. If you need more, we look at it individually.

Questions about pricing
Do I pay per device?
Not for JamWaiter. There is one subscription per venue, however many devices run in service, at the counter or in the kitchen. Only JamKiosk and JamButton are charged per device.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at the end of any month. If you pay one or two years in advance, you get a lower monthly price.
What does the card terminal cost?
Nothing: no purchase and no monthly rental, with at least six months of use. Depending on the venue, we usually provide up to two terminals free of charge. If you need more, we look at it individually.
What rate do I pay on card payments?
We charge by payment method and volume, with no fixed fee per transaction. We set out the rate for your venue in the quote. We deliberately do not give a flat figure, because depending on your mix it would be misleading in either direction.
What happens if I take a break?
You cancel at the end of the month. When you come back, your menu, items and settings are still there.
What does Jonida cost?
As a subscription from CHF 16 per month when paid two years in advance. Without a subscription you buy credits: 200 credits cost CHF 29. Jonida works in JamWaiter and OrderAdmin.
What does JamKiosk cost?
CHF 59 per kiosk per month. The kiosk itself is a one-off cost from CHF 2'750 depending on the model, including setup. The venue takes care of mounting it on site.
What does JamButton cost?
Each button is a one-off CHF 35, from 10 buttons CHF 20 and from 20 buttons CHF 15. On top of that there is a subscription of CHF 19 per button per month, or CHF 9 per button from 20 buttons.
