Do my guests need an app?
No. The QR code opens JamOrder in the phone's browser. Guests order and pay without installing anything or creating an account.
What does JamOrder cost?
JamOrder has no licence, set-up or monthly fee. We charge payments by payment method and volume, with no fixed fee per receipt. The rate is set out in your quote.
Can I offer delivery?
Yes. You set up delivery zones by postcode, town or address, each with its own delivery fee and minimum order value. Without your own logistics, you connect Jamatu to Uber Eats.
Does JamOrder work in hotels?
Yes. For room service, guests scan the QR code in their room and don't need to enter a room number. Whether name and phone number are also requested is set in OrderAdmin.
